Does it work outside Logic Pro?
The current installer is for Logic Pro on macOS and loads in the MIDI FX slot, not Audio FX. Cubase and Windows editions are not part of the current release.
When does the 7-day trial start?
Download and installation do not start the timer. Open the plug-in and select Start Free 7-Day Trial. Each Mac can start one trial. An internet connection is required to start the trial.
Do I need to reinstall after buying?
No. Enter the license key from your purchase email in the same plug-in, then select Activate This Mac. Purchase unlocks perpetual use on your licensed Mac.
How many computers can I activate?
One license includes one macOS activation and one Windows activation when a supported Windows edition is released. The two platform slots are not interchangeable.
Where is the uninstaller?
In Finder, choose Go, then Applications, then Piano MIDI Cleaner, then open Uninstall Piano MIDI Cleaner. Close Logic Pro before uninstalling.
Where is my license email?
Check the inbox and spam folder of the email entered at checkout. If it is missing, contact us with that email and your order reference. Do not share your full license key publicly.
