Information used for live sales
- Purchase and contact information such as email address, order number, product and payment status
- License and trial information such as license ID, platform activation status, trial start and expiry time, plug-in version and a one-way hashed device identifier designed to avoid storing raw hardware details
- Support information that you choose to send
- Basic security and service logs needed to operate the website, payment flow and licensing service
We will not store full card numbers. Payment information will be handled by the payment provider identified at checkout.
How information is used
- Process purchases and refunds
- Deliver downloads, receipts and licenses
- Provide one 7-day trial per eligible Mac and prevent repeated trial abuse
- Activate, deactivate and protect licenses
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations
Service providers and retention
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Toss Payments for payment processing, Resend for transactional email and Supabase for purchase, trial, license and download records.
Transaction records will be kept for the period required by Korean law. Support and license records will be retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information by emailing jinmookmusic@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
