Terms of Sale & License — Piano MIDI Cleaner

These terms apply to the purchase and use of Piano MIDI Cleaner, downloadable software for refining recorded piano MIDI.

Purchase and delivery

The displayed total is charged as KRW 11,000, including VAT. Any approximate foreign-currency amount is shown only for convenience. Your card issuer determines the final converted amount and any foreign transaction fee.

After successful payment, the receipt, download instructions and license are sent to the purchase email address.

Free trial

The macOS plug-in may be downloaded before purchase. Each supported Mac is eligible for one full-featured 7-day trial, which starts only when the user selects Start Free Trial inside the plug-in.

Trial eligibility is tied to a one-way hashed device identifier. Reinstalling the plug-in, using another email address or creating another account does not create a new trial for the same Mac. Attempts to bypass trial limits are prohibited.

License and activations

One license includes one macOS activation and one Windows activation. These are separate platform slots, not two interchangeable devices.

The purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the delivered software. The software and license may not be resold, shared, sublicensed or used to bypass license controls.

The initial release is for Logic Pro on macOS. The Windows activation becomes usable only when a supported Windows edition is officially released. The Windows version is not included in the current compatibility claim.

Supported environment

The initial release supports Logic Pro on macOS as an AU MIDI FX. It is not a standalone application or an Audio FX plug-in. Current requirements are shown on the product page before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy shown before purchase. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after digital supply, but mandatory cancellation and defect remedies remain available where they cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and support

Downloads and license activation may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control. Contact jinmookmusic@gmail.com for support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
